For founders with something worth building

You have an idea.
Let’s build it.

I turn strong ideas into focused, usable products—without letting the original vision get lost between strategy, design and code.

How I work

I build like a founder because I am one. I don’t start with code. I start with the problem, the customer and the simplest version of the idea worth shipping.

I’m not a traditional agency. I help you cut through the noise, find the sharpest version of your idea, make the product decisions, and lead it through build and launch.

That means fewer handoffs, less translation, and something real in your hands sooner - built by someone who understands what it feels like to put your own name behind the work.

Selected work

Products I wanted to exist.

Each began with a real problem, a clear customer and a conviction that the experience could be simpler.

CallCatch

A missed-call recovery product for service businesses: a dedicated number, an instant text response, and a cleaner way to keep a lead from calling someone else.

The difference

Vision and execution stay in the same room.

01 / Find it

The real problem

We get underneath the feature list and identify the customer, tension and smallest useful promise.

02 / Shape it

The right product

I turn the idea into a clear experience with priorities, boundaries and a version worth putting in front of people.

03 / Make it

The working thing

Then I lead it through build and launch. Not a strategy deck that still needs three vendors—something real you can use, test or ship.

Ways to work together

Choose the size of the problem.

Every engagement is defined before we begin. No vague retainer. No accidental week-long “day.”

Focused engagement$1,500

Build Day

One tightly scoped outcome, built in a focused day. Best for getting an idea unstuck, proving a direction, or creating one meaningful piece of a larger product.

  • 20–30 minute fit + scoping call
  • One agreed outcome before the day begins
  • Focused strategy and build time
  • End-of-day walkthrough and handoff

You own the deliverable. Future changes are a new scope—not an invisible tab left running.

Larger engagementLet’s talk

Product Build

For a product that needs more than one concentrated day: strategy, experience design and the working build carried from rough idea through a shippable first version.

  • Product definition and scope
  • Core customer journey
  • Design and working implementation
  • Launch-ready handoff

We’ll define the right first version together, then price the engagement from a clear scope.

A good fit

You don’t need every answer. You need a real idea.

01You understand the person you want to help, even if the product is still fuzzy.
02You want someone who will challenge the idea, not just execute every feature you mention.
03You value a focused first version more than a giant roadmap that never ships.
04You’re prepared to make decisions and put the result in front of real people.
Have something in your head?

Let’s make it real.

Give me the rough version. I’ll tell you whether it feels like a Build Day, a Product Build—or whether I’m not the right person for it.

03 / Where does the idea currently stand?
No polished pitch required. Clear thinking can start with a messy idea.
